Ingredients

1/4teaspoonkosher salt

fresh ground pepper, to taste

2piecesgrilled chicken cutlets, 2 ounces each

4thin slices tomato

chopped fresh basil

4slicessour dough bread, cut 1/4 inch thick (4 oz total)

olive oil spray

Instructions
